- Tell us the size of your home. Floor and wall areas are estimated if you do not know them.
- Tick packages: kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, other bedrooms, children's room, living room, garden design, planting, garden maintenance, new light fittings, WC or tap swaps, rewire, windows, flooring, decorating, heating.
- Set the quantity (three light fittings, one toilet, twelve garden visits) and pick materials for each.
- Choose a style preset, or price each material yourself.
- Send the scope to the branch. Tick the box to have approved trades quote for it.

The pictures are AI visualisations made from our own listing photographs.
Restyle my rooms
See your rooms in all four styles for £39 a room.
Send two or three daylight photographs of a room and the branch returns AI visualisations in modern, scandi, traditional and industrial, sized for printing or sharing, within two working days. Each set comes with the matching materials list and an indicative price for that room from the quotation above.

Step 3
Get real quotes from approved trades.
Every fitter and contractor on our approved list has public liability insurance, current accreditation and references from recent domestic work. When you send us a scope and tick "share with approved trades", we forward the same measurements and material choices to the trades who cover your area. They quote against it, the branch compares like for like, and you choose who to appoint. The service is free to you: the appointed trade pays the branch a small success fee, which is not added to your price.
- Quotes come back on the same scope, so you can compare them fairly.
- You deal with the tradesperson directly once appointed; the branch stays copied in for snagging.
- Landlords and developers: we can programme the work and publish a progress page for prospective tenants and buyers.
