Each refurbishment or new build we market publishes its stage programme. When a stage is open to quotes you can price it from the same floor, wall and window figures the buyer sees, using your own day rate and material mark-up.

- Find a stage marked "Open to fitter quotes" below and choose "Price this stage".
- The stage's packages are pre-ticked in fitter mode; untick any you do not cover.
- Enter your day rate and material mark-up and pick the materials you would supply.
- Send the quotation to the branch. We compare like for like, arrange a site visit and introduce you to the owner or developer.
Homeowner remodels are also shared with the approved list when the owner asks us to. Register below to receive them.

Stages accepting quotes
Dates are programme targets. The branch confirms access and sequencing with the appointed fitter.
Approved trades list
Register once, get notified when a stage opens.
- Public liability insurance (minimum 2m) and relevant accreditation (Gas Safe, NICEIC/NAPIT, etc.)
- Two references from completed domestic work in the last 12 months
- Agree to our snagging and sign-off process before handover
Once approved, the branch forwards you homeowner remodel scopes and listing works in your area with the same quantities and material choices every other trade receives, so quotes are compared like for like.
Approved-trades terms
- No joining fee and no lead fee. Registering, receiving scopes and quoting cost nothing.
- 3% success fee on the agreed value of a job the owner appoints you to through the branch, invoiced after the owner's first stage payment.
- Introductions stay with the branch: quote to the branch, not direct to the owner, until you are appointed.
- Snagging and sign-off follow the branch process before the final payment is released.
